The director shared the photo on his Vero account revealing a clear look at Cavill in a replica of the Superman costume worn by Christopher Reeve in the original 1978 film directed by Richard Donner along with the caption: “I knew when I saw him he was my Superman.”
It makes you wish that Cavill would keep a slightly slimmer look for his version of Superman, a look I've always felt is more fitting than a big bulky steroid out look Snyder and Cavill like to go with.
