WARNING: If it wasn't already clear from the headline, this post contains Solo: A Star Wars Story spoilers.
Okay everyone! Lets do this! While I'm still on the fence about whether or not I liked Solo. I'm going to see it a few more times, so hopefully I'll have a definitive answer in the coming weeks.
Alright. So is this the worst Star Wars film yet? I don't think it could be the worst. Its got a lot of cool stuff. The score alone is pretty damn sweet! Alden Ehrenreich's young Han Solo is surprisingly the best part about the film. Donald Glover's Lando is awesome at first, but his constant Billy Dee Williams impression gets to the point of annoyance by the end of the film. Pheobe Waller-Bridge's L3-37 is the absolute worst droid ever, what the hell was that? Laughable, I'm gonna guess that was part of Phil Lord and Chris Miller's crap fest. No offense. And how about that incredible reveal towards the end? Now that was amazing! That's the type of Star Wars stuff Lucasfilm needs to be doing. Connectivity! Marvel style!
