New Releases On Blu-ray and DVD, March 13th, 2018

Another week, and another batch of cool films have arrived on Blu-ray and DVD for our enjoyment. Some great, some not so great. Here's the new release list below courtesy of

Justice League
Although it was pummeled by critics, you can check out Zack Snyder’s (and Joss Whedon’s) vision of the DC Universe united on film for yourself as it hits Blu-ray. The disc is lacking most of the considerable deleted footage, containing only two 1-minute scenes, but makes up for it with several fun behind-the-scenes featurettes, including intros to the new DCEU characters (Aquaman, The Flash, Cyborg) and a look at how Jack Kirby’s Fourth World comics influenced the film.

The Shape of Water
Director Guillermo del Toro’s Oscar-winning fairy tale is set against the backdrop of Cold War-era America, where a lonely janitor forms a unique relationship with an amphibious creature being held in captivity. Winner of four Oscars, including Best Director and Best Picture of the Year!

The Disaster Artist
Director/star James Franco’s loving tribute to Tommy Wiseau’s gonzo cult disasterpiece The Room hits Blu-ray this week, featuring a Golden Globe-winning performance by Franco.

I, Tonya
Allison Janney won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance in this critically-acclaimed biopic on infamous figure skater Tonya Harding.

Kickboxer: Retaliation
This sequel finds MMA champion Kurt Sloane back in Thailand – kidnapped and imprisoned there by a powerful gangster. Co-starring Christopher Lambert, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Mike Tyson.
