Per usual Sony Pictures, has decided to pretty much unveil almost every single plot point to their new Spidey film, in two new Spider-Man: Homecoming trailers and posters! On the flip side of this, I don't have to waste my time getting hyped for a film that it appears I've already seen, since you know, I've watched all the trailers. Time saved Sony!
By the way, I'm still kind of excited for this new Spider-Man adventure, just a little annoyed.
Check out the new trailers and posters below if you want to double down on spoilers. Please, sound off in the comments section below with your thoughts. As always, thanks for stopping by EastCoastMovieGuys!
“A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.”
The cast includes Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly and Bokeem Woodbine, as well as Robert Downey Jr., Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Michael Chernus, Kenneth Choi, Hannibal Buress, Martin Starr, Michael Barbieri, Angourie Rice and Abraham Attah.
Spider-Man: Homecoming is set to hit theaters on July 7th.
