Warner Bros. and DC Films has released another new TV spot for this week's release of their highly anticipated film Suicide Squad. The new spot is the first official critics spot as today is the official release of the embargo on the film. So critics, bloggers, and youtubers can run wild with potential spoilers on the film. So if you are trying to avoid any more reveals about the film, I'd recommend staying clear of the interwebs until you see the film this weekend. Check out the new spot below and sound off in the comments section with your thoughts. As always thanks for stopping by EastCoastMovieGuys!
"It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?
Suicide Squad stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Jared Leto as the Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Boomerang, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo, Common as Monster T, and Adam Beach as Slipknot. Written and directed by David Ayer."
Suicide Squad hits theaters this Friday!
