While its most likely a long a shot, but if there is a chance, even a slight chance that the once incredible talent that is Eddie Murphy can be restored to greatness I'll take it!
In the new heart warming drama Mr. Church, Eddie Murphy stars as the titular character, as a man who makes a promise to someone to watch over a family for six months as they go through a troubled time. That six months eventually turns into a life time and with it comes love and family.
The new film's trailer looks okay at best, which is troubling to say the least. However, the real hope here is that Eddie Murphy can get back on track as and possibly get some awards consideration later this Fall. The film also co-stars the extremely talented rising star Britt Robertson.
