Yesterday morning the first official images of Antoine Fuqua's The Magnificent Seven hit the web via USA TODAY, and set the internet on fire. The images revealed our first look at mega star Chris Pratt teaming up with the legendary Denzel Washington along with Ethan Hawke and Vincent D'Onofrio as four of the new Seven.
Now Sony Pictures and MGM have released the first official teaser trailer for the highly anticipated film and I have to say this film looks to be one fun entertaining wild revenge western! The cast looks incredible and I can't wait to see this film on the big-screen this September. Check out the fantastic teaser trailer below and than sound off in the comments with your thoughts.
Here's the official synopsis:
"Director Antoine Fuqua brings his modern vision to a classic story in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures’ and Columbia Pictures’ The Magnificent Seven. With the town of Rose Creek under the deadly control of industrialist Bartholomew Bogue (Peter Sarsgaard), the desperate townspeople employ protection from seven outlaws, bounty hunters, gamblers and hired guns – Sam Chisolm (Denzel Washington), Josh Farraday (Chris Pratt), Goodnight Robicheaux (Ethan Hawke), Jack Horne (Vincent D’Onofrio), Billy Rocks (Byung-Hun Lee), Vasquez (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), and Red Harvest (Martin Sensmeier). As they prepare the town for the violent showdown that they know is coming, these seven mercenaries find themselves fighting for more than money."
The Magnificent Seven is set to hit theaters on September 23rd, 2016.
