Despite the recent backlash from fans and industry insiders on the first official trailer released a couple of days ago, Sony Pictures is pushing forward with their marketing campaign. The studio unveiled earlier this morning another trailer for their all female Ghostbusters reboot. The new trailer is the official international trailer, and features some more crappy jokes that don't seem to hit the mark, despite the talented actresses/comedians delivering them. Plus the studio has decided to throw in a lot more of Chris Hemsworth secretary character this time around, most likely to make play a play for the international audiences.
This trailer does absolutely nothing to fix the backlash that was the first one, and has one of the crappiest/unfunny over played jokes of all time with Leslie Jones trying to stage dive and no one catching her. If these two trailers are any indication of what we are going to see on the big-screen, which I would assume we are, I think its safe to say, Sony Pictures is gonna be in a lot of trouble, come this summer. Check out the trailer below and sound off in the comments with your thoughts.
Ghostbusters is set to hit theaters on July 15th, 2016.
