Its official folks, very sad, but its official! Director Tim Miller has officially left the highly anticipated sequel to the mega smash hit Deadpool!
This news comes out of Deadline, who's report that the filmmaker, producer and star Ryan Reynolds, and 20th Century Fox have all parted ways, due to "mutual creative differences". The report also notes that the main conflict appears to be the different visions that Miller and Reynolds have for the property going forward.
Also to note, the director is still in good with 20th Century Fox, and is in contact with the studio to helm Influx, an adaptation of the David Suarez novel, that has a Mark Bomback script and is even expected to get the trilogy treatment.
No other information is known at this time about the surprise turn of events. One thing is for certain though, and that is Deadpool needs a new director and a badass one at that!
