By Matt O'Bryant
While we've seen a lot of characters and have been amazed at some of the things that Warner Bros. and DC has revealed through their marketing campaign via recent trailers and TV spots for Batman V. Superman. One thing they have kept under wraps up until this point is that of Jason Momoa's Aquaman. While there was a pretty cool(in my opinion) official image released awhile back (featured above) of Momoa's Aquaman many fans got "out of sorts" because the photo didn't have the classic Aquaman colors in it. Well now those fans can possibly calm down a little bit because a new version of the costume has been leaked via a costume designers Instagram account. Which does indeed feature some of those "classic" Aquaman colors that will most likely be featured in his BVS cameo and his stand-alone Aquaman film.
According to the good folks over at Screenrant: Frankel’s Costume Company [h/t to ComicBook] revealed the designs as presented by Rubie’s Costume Company in Las Vegas this weekend. The photos show prototype adult costumes from Rubie’s, one of the largest costume manufacturers, of Aquaman, two versions of Batman (one with armor and one without), as well as Wonder Woman. Take a look at the Aquaman costume:
