New Image Of The Joker In 'Suicide Squad' Released

By Matt O.

Warner Bros. and DC Films has released a brand new image from their upcoming Suicide Squad film featuring Jared Leto's The Joker looking absolutely menacing sitting in his Joker mobile with Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn. Having glimpsed some of this scene from all the trailers and TV Spots released, I can only assume that The Joker is looking in his mirror to see Ben Affleck's Batman approaching them.

This should be a very interesting scene in the film and could either be a present day scene or a flashback. We will find out soon enough come August. Sound off in the comments below with your thoughts on this cool looking shot.

"It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?

Suicide Squad stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Jared Leto as the Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Boomerang, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc, with Raymond Olubawale as King Shark, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo, and Adam Beach as Slipknot. Written and directed by David Ayer."

Suicide Squad is set to hit theaters on August 5th.
