'Ghostbusters' First Official Trailer Has Arrived For The Reboot

By Matt O'Bryant

Sony Pictures have released the first trailer for director Paul Feig's Ghostbusters. A reboot of the classic original, with funny ladies Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Melissa McCarthy, and Leslie Jones taking the place of the original Ghostbusters. The trailer reveals a lot of rehashing of the original film's jokes with a different slight different spin on it. So far it looks like Kate McKinnon will be the stand-out of the group. With Melissa McCarthy failing to be funny and looking terribly miscast. Kristen Wiig and Leslie Jones appear to be sleep walking through a Saturday Night Live skit. The trailer does look descent enough though, and hopefully the film turns out pretty good. Check out the trailer below and sound off in the comments below.

Thirty years after the original film took the world by storm, Ghostbusters is back and fully rebooted for a new generation. Director Paul Feig combines all the paranormal fighting elements that made the original franchise so beloved with a cast of new characters, played by the funniest actors working today. Get ready to watch them save the world this summer!

Ghostbusters is set to hit theaters on July 15th.
