New Horror Film 'Lights Out' Gets An Official Trailer

Over the weekend we got a view surprises at this year's Wonder Con. Including another new trailer for director James War's highly anticipated sequel The Conjuring 2. Along with that new trailer, he also revealed another spooky film that he is producing titled Lights Out, which is an original horror film from director David F. Sandberg.

Lights Out is adapted from Sandberg's own short film, which he also directed. Check out the scary trailer below and then let us know what you thought about it below in the comments. 

Here's the official synopsis:

 "From producer James Wan (“The Conjuring”) comes a tale of an unknown terror that lurks in the dark. When Rebecca left home, she thought she left her childhood fears behind. Growing up, she was never really sure of what was and wasn’t real when the lights went out…and now her little brother, Martin, is experiencing the same unexplained and terrifying events that had once tested her sanity and threatened her safety. A frightening entity with a mysterious attachment to their mother, Sophie, has reemerged. But this time, as Rebecca gets closer to unlocking the truth, there is no denying that all their lives are in danger…once the lights go out."

Lights out is set to hit theaters on July 22nd.
