Jeremie Harris Joins FX’s 'Legion'

By Josh Melo

Playing a completely new mutant made specifically for the show, Jeremy Harris joins the cast of FX’s Legion. Read on for more details!

Playing a completely original mutant, Jeremy Harris joins the cast of Legion as Ptonomy. While the nature of his mutation is yet to be determined, we were provided with this short description, “an outsider by nature, stand-offish and sardonic who is a former child prodigy who feels trapped in the past.”  Outside of his mutant name and the provided description, not much is known about who Harris will be playing.

He joins an already note-worthy cast, which includes the likes of Dan Stevens (as David Haller), Aubrey Plaza (as Lenny), Jean Smart (David’s therapist) and Rachel Keller (rumored to play a fellow mutant). Production on the pilot is scheduled to begin in March.

Since he was a teenager, David has struggled with mental illness. Diagnosed as schizophrenic, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with a fellow patient, he’s confronted with the possibility that the voices he hears and the visions he sees might be real.
