Michael Shannon Has Flippers Instead Of Hands In 'Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice'!?!

By Matt O'Bryant

What's up guys and gals,

After all the rumors that leaked out last week about Doomsday appearing in Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice earlier today we got some new information regarding a returning villain from Man of Steel.

Michael Shannon who played General Zod in Man of Steel, is apparently going to have some sort of role in BVS, even though Superman obviously killed him at the end of Man of Steel.  It appears we will be getting Zod back in some form in the upcoming film.

In a recent interview with Vulture Michael Shannon revealed some interesting tidbits:

I was in my costume, and I couldn’t use my fingers because in the sequel I have flippers instead of hands. So I had these wax flippers on my fingers, and I couldn’t open the door, and I could hear Zack [Snyder, the director] being like, ‘Where’s Shannon? Where the f**k is he?’ and the whole crew was standing around. I was like, knocking on the door with my flippers, ‘Let me out of here!

That's right Flippers!!  Perhaps Michael Shannon is playing a new flipper having version of Doomsday in BVS.  Although not confirmed it is heavily rumored that Doomsday will be created by Lex Luthor experimenting with General Zod's body.

We will just have to wait and see!  Until next time!
