Rumor: Will Smith's Deadshot To Appear In Ben Affleck's Solo Batman Film

According to reports over at Latino-Review Warner Bros. Is looking to add huge A-lister to their yet unannounced Ben Affleck's Solo Batman film. 

Sources have told the site that Will Smith is looking to continue his role as Deadshot in future DC Extended Universe films.  Smith has reportedly signed a huge multi-picture deal with Warner Bros. and will most likely follow up Suicide Squad with an appearance in "The Batman" Solo film.


The source is quoted as saying that if Will Smith's Deadshot does appear in The Batman film "it will be for a 'major role' for a 'The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly' scenario," with him possibly teaming up with Batman.

While no official announcement has been made on the project.  It has been rumored for awhile that part of Ben Affleck's deal with Warner Bros. playing Batman in the Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice film and future Justice League movies, was the studio allowing him to direct his own solo Batman film.  

Just the idea of Affleck helming his own Batman film is incredible, considering how great his other directorial efforts have beem.  He has his own unique style and he puts so much effort into his films.  Gone Baby Gone, The Town, and Argo are all filmmaking at its finest.  What's most intriguing is Affleck's amazing ability to get such strong performances out of his actors, so pairing him with a great like Will Smith could pave the way for something truly remarkable.
